Alpine Peace Crossing
Seven peace panels along the historic escape route, over the Alps near Krimml to Italy, of the Jewish exodus of 1947 recall the events of that time. This is a lasting memorial to the Jewish refugees. Alpine Peace Crossing is aimed at all refugees of this world. It is a demanding hike from Krimml to Kasern, approx. 9 to 10 hours walking time, 35 km long.
