Right to Withdraw / Right of Cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase agreement for gift certificates within fourteen days without providing a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer received the gift certificate.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Holiday Region Nationalpark Hohe Tauern GmbH, Gerlosstraße 15, 5730 Mittersill, Austria, of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. This can be done, for example, by mail or email. The statement must include the customer’s name, address, and, if available, telephone number.

The customer may use the sample cancellation form below for this purpose, but this is not required. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notice of exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

If the customer withdraws from this contract, Holiday Region Nationalpark Hohe Tauern GmbH must refund all payments it has received from the customer without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which it received notice of the withdrawal from this contract.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. The customer will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Since the voucher contains a unique code, it does not need to be returned. Once the cancellation is complete, the Holiday Region Nationalpark Hohe Tauern GmbH will invalidate the code. The voucher may no longer be used after that and must be destroyed by the customer.

If the whole or part of the voucher has already been redeemed, the right of withdrawal may be excluded to that extent, or a refund may be issued only for the portion of the voucher value that has not been redeemed.
