You are free to choose any voucher amount between €10 and €2,000.
When will I receive my voucher?
Once payment is completed, the voucher is sent immediately as a PDF by email or handed over as a printed gift card if purchased on site.
How long is the voucher valid for?
Unless otherwise stated on the voucher, its validity is subject to the applicable legal regulations.

Is there a cash payment option or is the residual value left on the voucher?
No Cash Redemption. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance will be retained and can be redeemed at a later date.
Can the voucher be passed on to other people?
Yes! The National Park Voucher is non-personalised and can be freely given or passed on.
Exception: Personalised vouchers won through competitions are non-transferable. If your voucher is subject to such a restriction, it will be clearly stated on the voucher itself.
What happens if the voucher is lost or stolen?
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
