Can I choose the value of the voucher?
You are free to choose the value of the voucher. The minimum order value is 10 euros.
When will I receive my voucher?
After successful payment, the voucher is immediately sent digitally by e-mail or handed out as a printed gift card if purchased on site.
How long is the voucher valid for?
Unless otherwise stated on the voucher, the validity is based on the statutory provisions.

Is there a cash payment option or is the residual value left on the voucher?
No cash payment. The residual value is retained and can be redeemed at a later date.
Can the voucher be passed on to other people?
Yes, the voucher is not personalized and can be passed on or given as a gift.
Exception: Personalized vouchers that have been won are not transferable. If your voucher has such a restriction, this is noted directly on the voucher.
What happens if the voucher is lost or stolen?
In the event of loss or theft, no compensation can be paid for lost or stolen vouchers.
