Snowshoeing in Taxenbach
At the Taxenbach Tourism Office, you can rent snowshoe sets and explore the winter mountain landscapes around Taxenbach and Rauris.
Snowshoeing Tip: A marked snowshoe trail leads from the Alpengasthof Bodenhaus (1,280 m) to the valley end at Kolm Saigurn (1,600 m). The free valley bus operates every Wednesday and Friday, transporting snowshoers, winter hikers, and cross-country skiers from Rauris to Bodenhaus and back.
