A special winter culinary experience featuring a hike and a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride in the picturesque Kötschachtal valley. Participants hike in a small, guided group to the Himmelwandhütte, where they warm up by the fire pit with punch and mulled wine before a starter made with regional products is served.

The journey continues by horse-drawn sleigh through the snow-covered landscape to the Alpenhaus Prossau. Once there, seasonal delicacies are served as the main course. Afterward, dessert adds a sweet touch to the evening before the horse-drawn sleigh ride takes you back to the starting point.

This unique winter excursion is rounded out by the music of local brass bands.

• 4:15 p.m. Meet at Grüner Baum (bus stop)
• Guided hike to the Himmelwandhütte with a welcome gathering around the campfire
• Appetizer at the Himmelwandhütte
• Horse-drawn sleigh ride to the Alpenhaus Prossau
• Main course & dessert at the Alpenhaus Prossau
• Horse-drawn sleigh ride back to the meeting point
• Ends around 9:00 p.m.
