Included service: entry museum

The “Salzstadel” is located in the centre of the Altböckstein conservation area with an exhibition of mining history ex hibits on gold mining from 1342 to 1945, this year with a focus on the period 1525/1526 Peasants’ War in Salzburg. Every Friday and Sunday from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm, you can try your hand at gold panning at the Alte Böck.
