The Käfertal Nature Experience Trail opens up one of the most beautiful and impressive valleys in the Alps. Over 300 species of beetles, almost 200 species of large butterflies and many wild animals live at over 1100 m above sea level.

The path, which is suitable for prams, starts at the Gasthof Tauernhaus Ferleiten. Hike for 4km to the head of the valley, slight climb. At various stations and on the notice boards, visitors learn about the special features of this valley. The highlight is the water play area with rope ferry and Kneipp facilities.

In addition, children can learn more about the flora and fauna with the Lucky's stamp pass.
