Option A: From the Krimml Waterfalls to the National Park Worlds in Mittersill

Stages 14 to 16 with National Park Theme Day "Kolm Saigurn"

As you begin your long-distance hike, you'll gradually approach the Hohe Tauern, with spectacular views showcasing the Sonnblick, a prominent three-thousander. Here, you'll feel the power of nature, which thrives in this impressive environment. In Kolm Saigurn, you'll immerse yourself in the world of the national park. Explore the mysterious Rauris Forest, marvel at thundering waterfalls, and uncover the mystical Tauern gold that gave this region its name. Dive into untouched nature and let its beauty captivate you. The path then leads you along scenic trails to the historically rich spa town of Bad Gastein.
