Wild Nature
The project "Wild Nature" by the Pinzgau Hunting Fraternity is a showcase project for the Nationalpark Hohe Tauern holiday region. For the first time, the cooperation partners have developed a project intended to spotlight the necessity of hunting and the associated marketing of game. Venison or game is one of the healthiest foods as it's low in fat, calories and cholesterol and therefore should feature regularly on the menu in every household. In order to achieve this aim, a range of cooking classes are offered for hotels, restaurants and interested parties for the purpose of trying to bring venison and, first and foremost, the subject of game and hunting back into households. But it's not only game, but everything connected to the subject of hunting that is dealt with in this project. By means of the cooperation with the Hohe Tauern National Park and state-owned forests, efficient and effective management of wild animals can be ensured with the consent of all parties.
