Participation is open to persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. No prizes will be distributed to participants under 18 years of age. Employees of the Hohe Tauern National Park vacation region or companies associated with it, their relatives and all persons involved in the creation of this competition are excluded from participation. Participation with forged identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted.
Participation is independent of the use of services. The use of services offered by the organizer or the subscription to the newsletter does not increase the chances of winning.
Participation takes place via the complete and correct completion and submission of the form on the website of the Hohe Tauern National Park Holiday Region.
The winner will be contacted personally by the Hohe Tauern National Park Holiday Region by e-mail.
Prizes
The prizes to be won can be found in the description of the respective competition. The winner will be informed about the period of claim. The prize cannot be redeemed in cash.
Claiming the prizes
The prize will be sent to the winner by mail. The Hohe Tauern National Park Holiday Region is not liable for undeliverable mails due to an incorrect address given by the winner.
Termination option
The organizer reserves the right to suspend, prematurely terminate, cancel or extend the competition at any time without giving reasons. This right will be exercised in particular if proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons.

The legal process is excluded.
Data protection
By participating, the participant agrees that his/her transmitted data will be stored exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition. After the end of the competition, the data will be deleted. (Exception: If the participant has actively registered for the newsletter of the Hohe Tauern National Park vacation region, then he/she will receive this regularly and until revoked). Personal data will not be stored for commercial purposes. A transfer to third parties is excluded. All information transmitted is subject to the data protection provisions of the organizer.
