The Hohe Tauern National Park has always had the continuous development of environmental education as its guiding star since it was founded. In order to implement this in the best possible way, the education of young people and school classes through various programmes is one of the main tasks of the national park administration. As the youth groups and school classes come from various parts of Austria and neighbouring countries, our youth guest houses in the region provide the perfect accommodation option for exploring the national park.
